Your memory belongs to you.
Every entry an AI app has written into your Boards, every passive signal you've allowed, every audit row from the last weeks — yours, in one portable file, on demand. Export it, archive it, move it. INDEX never trains on user data and never sells it.
What's in the file
Included
- Your profile — email, name, subscription tier, account dates.
- Personal boards — every board you own, with every entry inside it.
- Team boards — listed by reference (id, name, role). Entries are not included, so the file never contains another member's contribution.
- Suggestions raised by the Proactive Engine on your boards.
- Passive learning settings and every signal collected while it was on.
- Connector key metadata — name, scope, public prefix, last-used timestamp.
- Audit events for your account, within your plan's retention window.
Not included
- Your password or password hash.
- JWT refresh tokens, email-change tokens, password-reset tokens.
- Other users' data, including entries written by teammates on shared boards.
- Raw connector API keys or their hashes (shown once at creation; never persisted again).
- Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
Download my data
One request returns one JSON document. The export is rate-limited to once per hour per account — sufficient for backups and migrations, conservative enough that a runaway script can't drag down the service. The download starts in your browser as soon as the file is ready.
Why this page exists
Memory belongs to the user. INDEX does not train on the data you and your AI apps write into it, and it does not share that data with third parties. Export it, delete it, or revoke access at any time.
